According to a note from the Noblesville Public Library: "Phebe Stitt married William Edwards May 30, 1848 by James S. Ross, J.P." A pencil'ed note on on that entry reads "not our line. Belongs to brother?" This could actually be a note that refers to Obediah, William, Phebe, and William.
