Notes:
According to http://www.chanur.com/genealogy/newsletter/199911/page2.shtml, Theophilus didn't serve in the Revolutionary War. He was in Pawling, NY long before the war started.
The family moved about 1760 from Rhode Island to Dutchess County and appears on the 1790 Census for Pawling.
