Notes:
This would be my Great Uncle Mel.

I think this is the Great Uncle who I met one time just before we moved to Denver in 1972. He was
quite sick with emphysema then, living in a nursing home in Rawlins. He died shortly after we
moved and 1974 sounds like about the right date

Melvin was drafted in World War I and was living with his family and my grandfather in
Hills County (Havre City) Montana.
