Notes:
I think Kasper my have been born in Switzerland and immigrated

There is a "Casper Wald" listed in the 1870 census as having been born in
Sachsen (Kgr. /Land in Bundesrepublik) / Saxony (Kingdom/State) -- that may actually be
Germany today -- I'm not sure.

His home in 1870 was Newport, Campbell, Kentucky.

It is probable this isn't the same person -- his wife is listed as Elizabeth while in Shawn's
notes, his wife is listed as "Anna Ambel b: 7/16/1837 d: 5/1911).



Anna AMBEL:

Notes:
Anne Ambel (Von Wald) is listed as living with Louis John and the kids in Havre Montana
in the 1910 Census. She is the mother of Margaret Von Wald. My brother has her
birth date as 16 Jul 1837 which sounds correct. I don't know his source, though.

I think Anne may have been born in Switzerland -- the 1910 census is so difficult to read.
