Jackson Hart
Jackson Hart was born in Savannah, Andrew County, Missouri 26-October-1855. His parents acquired a homestead in Reserve, Kansas just across the river from Andrew County. Later he moved his family to Colorado when an illness struck the family in 1908. It is likely they sought care in one of Colorado Springs' sanitoriums which existed at the time for treating respiratory diseases. He owned a home at 13 South Limit Street in Colorado Springs and died 25-August-1925.He married Florence Sefton BROWN on 17-February-1876 in Padonia, Kansas. Padonia is just to the south of Reserve (see the 1919 township map below).
